Our Coburg renovation entailed extending the north side of the house to the fence boundary to create a new master ensuite and walk-in-robe. Insulation was fitted under new recycled Tasmanian Oak flooring in the WIR, master bedroom and hallway/entrance. The orientation of the childrens’ rooms was also changed to make them more functional and greater wardrobe space created.
Widening of the main hallway by only 130mm made a noticeable improvement to light and symmetry. Lastly, hydronic heating was installed throughout the home.
